Our Terms of Business
Timecell has a £5.00 minimum order. All prices quoted exclude VAT. Delivery charges are clearly indicated by each product. We fulfill orders on date of receipt. If we are out of stock we will advise you by email. Credit card transaction is completed at the point of dispatch.
Delivery Charges: Any size package within UK £1.50 plus VAT
Any size package outside of UK £7.50.
Cooling Off Period - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Timecell customers can cancel their order within 7 days. The 7 day period is deemed to start the day after the customer has received the goods. No reason need be given by the customer for such a cancellation. Timecell will credit the customer credit card account or refund payment made by cheque or postal order within thirty days from the date the customer notifies Timecell of cancellation. Such credit/refund will include the original carriage charge. Such cancellation notification can be made by email, fax or post. Goods should be returned carriage/postage paid. A cost deduction may be made from the said refund if Timecell has to arrange collection outside of the 7 day period outlined above.
